Learn to coastal row, it will exercise your body, mind and soul; at any age.
However, it is not as easy as you may think; with sliding seats in all our boats, learning to coastal row requires coordination and concentration; which is why it is so good for you,
It can be frustrating at times, but don’t let that put you off. When you put a few strokes together and feel the boat glide you smile from ear-to-ear.
One of the joys of coastal rowing is knowing you can always improve, there’s more to learn, more satisfaction to be gained. For some coastal rowing is addictive.
Row for Life provides coastal rowing lessons and courses; suitable for beginners, those returning to rowing, adaptive rowers and all those looking to compete. You will always be accompanied for your safety.
All our coastal rowing boats are designed and manufactured by Liteboat. They are designed for stability, lightness and performance; an ideal combination.
